LCRAnnotationsDB is a database with Low Complexity Regions (LCRs) collected from the UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot database. Each LCR in the database is described by annotations obtained from other databases and with the use of other methods. Annotations are described by categories. Categories are grouped in a hierarchical structure based on Gene Ontology. Where it is possible, categories have assigned Gene Ontology.
